With a 700 mm story height and a 450 mm cage height, the system is engineered to provide sufficient air circulation and effective heat dissipation at every tier. This carefully designed spacing promotes continuous airflow, prevents heat accumulation in high-density housing, and helps maintain a comfortable environment that reduces stress and supports healthy birds. As a result, the system contributes to better livability, consistent growth, and improved production performance.
The feeding plate adjusting device is automatically adjusted on both sides, making it suitable for chickens of different ages. It keeps the front and rear adjustment consistent, ensuring minimal error and more uniform feeding across the whole system. This helps improve feed distribution, reduce waste, and support better growth performance.
The adjustable water line linkage can be adapted to the requirements of birds at different growth stages and is provided on each tier. Connectors are installed on every water line to prevent pipe deformation effectively. Alloy components are used in the linkage to keep the water level height consistent across the system, helping ensure uniform drinking conditions and reliable operation.
The plastic nylon spiral driven roller is designed to reduce manure buildup and maintain smooth rotation of the manure belt. Burr-free Al-Zn-Mg alloy brackets and the manure belt are capable of handling heavy manure loads without deforming. The curved bracket design ensures stable belt tracking and prevents manure from dropping onto the cage net. The injection-molded tire rubber drive wheels provide good plasticity, high friction, and low stress, thereby protecting the belt during operation.
