Structural Design & Safety Features
For equipment structures spanning 6 to 12 tiers, we include robust walkway platforms and securely attached stairways. All components undergo thorough hot-dip galvanization, providing uniform corrosion-resistant coating that withstands harsh environmental conditions. This ensures personnel safety during high-elevation tasks while maintaining exceptional long-term durability and structural integrity.
Key System Components
Cage Frame: Serves as the primary load-bearing structure, comprising main beams, beam hooks, locking buckles, and supports. For eight tiers or fewer, middle supports are processed as single pieces for uniform strength. For systems exceeding eight tiers, middle supports are produced in two segments.
