Al-Mg-Zn Alloy Trough Layer Chicken Cage System Stress-Free
The Layer Chicken Cage features an automatic feeding system, reducing the amount of time and
effort required to care for your chickens. The system is designed to ensure that your chickens have
access to food at all times and reduce flock’s stress, making it easier to maintain a healthy and
productive flock. The smooth equipment surface can protect chickens skin.
Features
Trough: made of a high-strength Al-Mg-Zn alloy (Zn 275g/m², 10% Al, 3% Mg) with a thickness
ranging from 0.95 mm to 0.98 mm. They are designed with smooth edges for easy cleaning, and
have solid and durable design. Two versions are available: a 0.98 mm thick with flanged edges, and
a 0.95 mm thick without flanged edges.
700 mm story height: This design significantly reduces the probability of chickens pecking at the
manure belt, while improving light distribution within the cage. It enhances ventilation through
increased airflow and reduces negative pressure, allowing birds to breathe more comfortably and
experience less stress.
Feeder-trolley: This feeder features a simple structure for uniform feed distribution and easy
operation. Each hopper is fitted with a transparent viewing port, and the large-capacity design
enables circular feeding and is equipped with a dust cover. It also includes a feed leveler, a chicken
driving stick, an integrated brush, and a patented residue collector—effectively reducing feed waste.
Manure belt bracket: Al-Zn-Mg alloy material bracket and side plate with high anti-corrosion
performance and smooth surface to avoid scratching the belt. The curved design of the bracket
ensures stable belt tracking and prevents manure falling onto the cage net.
LED bulb: This 7W red LED light bulb (2.2 meters per piece) is designed to withstand high-pressure
washing and is fully waterproof and dustproof. Operating on 220V DC, it provides flicker-free,
dimmable illumination that helps reduce stress, anal pecking, and egg pecking. Equipped with a
dimmer, integrated lamp cord, and accompanied by steel wires and flower bars for easy installation.
